Michael Bagdon brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, property management, and development to Gate & Stable. His perspective combines an understanding of property value with practical knowledge of the improvements, maintenance, and careful stewardship that exceptional homes require.
Michael co-founded Prestige Homecare Corp. in the metro-west Boston area, serving owners of high-end homes through a membership-based property management service. The company brought together dedicated account managers, certified contractor associates, and annual maintenance and improvement plans informed by private home inspections. At its heart was a simple commitment: give homeowners one dependable point of contact for their property needs.
In Massachusetts, Michael earned a Construction Supervisor’s license and gained experience coordinating home improvement and remodeling projects—from 3D visualization and construction planning to permitting and project management. His background also includes extensive work with waterfront properties, where maintenance, weather exposure, and timely repairs demand particular attention.
After relocating from Annapolis, Maryland, Michael brought that experience to an area he had come to know through more than 15 years of visits to Flagler County.
